In 1946, the farm at Lot 23, concession 3, two farms west of Clendon’s farm, was sold to Clendon Bramhill by Cecil Phillipsonand his wife Christine Ross.

Mr. Bramhill's daughter, Bernice, had married Norman Miller two years before (1944) and in 1952, the couple bought the farm. They had three children: Mildred, Mary and Kenneth.

When Norman Miller was killed in a car accident in 1969, the farm was sold to Peter Alexander, husband of daughter Mary.
